Ordered boots which didn't arrive for the second time. No reply to my emails and no number to call, even Twitter doesn't elicit a response. Looks like I've lost my money. AVOID.
Purchased a pair of "waterproof" Palladium boots on Amazon. Within six weeks of very little use, small cracks appeared in the junction between the upper and the sole allowing water to ingress. Palladium refused to assist me with this (two emails). The retailer on Amazon did, too. Palladium is a cheap, rubbish brand that is posing as "premium" and riding on some rubbish story about how their boots were worn by Legionnaires since 1950. They might have been good back then, but this quality has since been lost in the pursuit profit. I will never buy a pair of Palladium boots again.

Terrible customer service. This company took hundreds of pounds out of my account on 30th March. I am still waiting for my order to arrive 4 weeks later. The tracking information does not give any indication as to when or if my order will arrive. I have contacted Palladium 4 times and have not had one response. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

I had a bad experience with this company, I paid $25 in shipping and had to return the boots because they were way too big, I didn't realise they run 2 sizes too big. So then they charged $8 in return fee. They suggest I make another order in a smaller size, that would mean another $25 in shipping. So I would be out a minimum of $58 on top of the cost of the actual shoes if doing that, and not even be sure a smaller size would fit. No way. Never again will I order from this company. They clearly haven't realized we're in 2021 and this is not how to conduct online sales. Additionally they gave me false information that I had to complete all my Afterpay installments before they would issue a refund (this is not true - Afterpay will cancel any further payments due when the merchant instructs a refund).
This company is TERRIBLE. They are incredibly unorganized and difficult to deal with. They charge you a return fee if you need to return something. They charge shipping. They just seem to treat the customer as though they are not important. I beg you to purchase these shoes through a more reputable company (Zappos, Nordstrom, anywhere), but better yet, just avoid the shoes all together. They ran much too large and I ended up paying $20 for nothing when you add in all the non-refundable fees I was charged.
Paid for express delivery 1-2 business days, week later boots still no where to be seen. Impossible to communicate through their website, none of the contact forms work. Terrible business conduct and total rip off for services they charge but fail to provide.
I'm normally one to write good feedback and see the positives of experiences. However I really wouldn't recommend spending your hard-earned money with this company. Their customer service is nonexistent. I only wanted to ask a question about one of their products and it took 3 weeks for an email reply which didn't even answer my question? I honestly just felt like they couldn't be bothered to speak to me. So I went with a local small buisness instead and they made me feel like a valued customer.
Steer clear because if you have an issue with a product, I very much doubt you'll hear back from them based on my experience!
Just stay away from buying on their website. It is the worst customer experience I ever had.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in awhile. I ordered some boots that ended up being the wrong size, used the label that’s mailed with the box to return them, and ordered a new pair. Simple, right? Apparently not. I mailed my return over THREE WEEKS ago, and I can see through tracking that they arrived a DAY after I sent them. After two weeks, I sent an email to see what was up. 72 hours later, the replied that their team was checking the (never worn, sent in the original box) return and it could take up to nine days to receive a return. So I sent another email saying it had been well over the nine days. Then I was accused of not letting them know I sent a return and doing it manually (I followed the directions on the site and used their return sticker). Then I was sent another email saying they would look for my return. FOUR WEEKS LATER, after emailing them over and over, I was sent an email notification with $17 missing from the return amount - which, considering the amount of time and effort it took to get my refund, I’m sure I’ll never see. Meanwhile, the boots I purchased to replace the ones I returned arrived a week before I was sent any tracking info or confirmation. Worst customer service and ordering experience, ever.
Terrible customer service. Ordered a pair of boots over 3 weeks ago now, the first time the order was accepted and then 5 days later I received an e-mail to say the order was cancelled with no explanation. Re-placed the order, which was actually dispatched, however the parcel was damaged by the courier company and now I have no idea where the order actually is. Have contacted the customer service team who said they would look into it and have had no update on the status of the order ever since - and this was 5 days ago at the time of writing. Still trying to find our more information but their customer service team seems to not understand the "service" part and they just seem to ignore people. I wouldn't bother wasting your time or money on this company, they're not worth the hassel.
Cant say anything about the boot because I never had them and never got the ones I did buy. Had to give 1 star because the customer service is non-existent . Waiting on for 2 weeks now and the craziest thing is: there was no email apologizing for the delay or explaining the situation! Palladium seems uninterested in even talking to customers and just ignores my emails. Had some luck reaching the Instagram team but they dont have any info on orders.. as someone wrote already, so quick to charge hundreds of pounds from you but dont expect someone to actually help or respond to you if you need customer support. I cannot recommend buying Palladium to anybody because the customer service is so bad. Yes the times are difficult but surely they can't just charge you for the product and disappear... first and last time buying Palladium, any person is better off just ordering Magnum boots from Prime will be better quality and arrives in 2 days.
I have gone through about 3 pairs of these boots (one after another) already. My latest pair lasted me 8 weeks and then water keeps seeping in. I wear these shoes solely for dog walking esp in the wet winter grass in the morning or during the wet season. All 3 pairs failed with waterproofing in a relatively short amount of time. I am better off wearing proper rain boots.
My kickstarter waterproof sneakers lasted longer than these Palladium.
Dpd have lost my package and I cant even get a response from palladium
Thankful I paid with PayPal so I I should get my money back. So quick to take nearly 200 pound off you but ZERO customer service. I work in construction retail I get times are strange but the service is non existent
